For refunds due to minor product defects, you may firstly send a message to the customer to see if they are open to accepting a partial refund. If the customer is agreeable, kindly inform accounts@siftandpick.com via email and proceed to process the partial refund.
For products with moderate to major defects or if the customer rejects the offer to a partial refund, please check to see if the request is within Sift & Pick's Returns & Refund policy & process the request accordingly.
