If you shipped the incorrect product using your own courier, kindly communicate with the customer to process the exchange (if applicable) to send the correct product with any applicable shipping costs to be borne by the seller.
For incorrect products shipped using Sift & Pick's logistics partner, Janio, kindly contact accounts@siftandpick.com for us to move forward with the exchange process (if applicable) & to provide you with a new airway bill to send the correct product to the customer. Any applicable shipping costs are to be borne by the seller & will be included in your monthly settlement statements.
