1. Log into your seller account at the Sift & Pick Seller Center
2. Go to the Order Management page by clicking on My Orders from the left side panel
3. Click into the order details -> Courier company -> select other -> Select logistic company ->Enter the order's tracking number -> Click on Save shipping info
Once the new information is saved, our system will automatically update internally and the customer respectively.
If your courier company is not available in the drop-down options – please select Courier Company: Other & select Provide own tracking link under Select Logistics Company
As this option cannot be tracked automatically by our system, you will be required to manually mark the order as delivered by clicking on Mark as Delivered on the order page once the order has been fulfilled. Only when it has been marked as delivered, will the order be tagged as completed and the payment will be included during the next invoicing cycle.
